Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I'm Sarah, a thirty-something (ok, that is freaking me out - I'm only in my early 30s) animator by day, wedding stationer by night. My husband/best friend (we'll just call him P for now and we won't get into how old he is) and I have been married for almost 4 years and bought our first house together about 2 years ago. We live in New England...less than a mile from the ocean and on a lot of mostly woods. We love working on our home together. Who am I kidding? I love working on our home, P loves to golf. I'm learning to play so that I can spend more time with him:)

I definitely have a new found love for interior design not that we have our own place. Our style is a bit all over the place... a little contemporary, somewhat traditional, hints of country and cottage. I love looking to nature for inspiration and am lately drawn to soft subtle colors. I'll admit, it takes me awhile to finish a project, but if I put my mind to it, it usually gets done...eventually!

When I'm not at work, commuting for 3.5 hours a day, watching 24/Lost/Prison Break/Fringe/The Office/anything on HGTV with P, hanging out at the beach with my mom, talking on the phone to my sister or playing with my nieces and nephew, I design custom hand-made wedding invitations and other paper stuff. I don't have a business name or a website yet, though I've been working with couples through word of mouth for about 3 years. Hopefully this blog will also help chronicle my adventures in starting my own business.

Ok, seriously, I really need to find a better photo of us. That is terrible! We're much cuter in person.

Thanks again for coming by. It was awesome to meet you:)
